We all have times when we may need help to find our way through a situation, improve how we feel, deal with some longer term issues, or bring more meaning into our lives. Many clients I see deal with depression, anxiety, bipolar, relationship issues, life transitions, lack of meaning, or other life issues.

My goal is that the therapy is helpful to you in understanding yourself and what you are experiencing, understand why it is happening, and figure out how to make changes for a deeper and more satisfying life...as fast as possible.
